Security Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities - Security Supervisor 

• Minimum 10th or 12th standard education; Diploma or security training certification preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in industrial or mining security, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of mine-site safety regulations and restricted zone management.
• Ability to handle conflicts, manage emergencies, and coordinate with local authorities.
• Physically fit, alert, and willing to work in shifts (including nights).
• Ex-servicemen or candidates with mining site experience will be preferred.

Qualities required :

• High school qualification or equivalent.
•  Basic first aid skills would be an asset but not compulsory.
•   Physical strength and fitness.
•   Attention to detail, must be very alert and situational aware
