Senior Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to manage and oversee our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounting, budgeting, compliance, and financial reporting while supporting management with accurate financial insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and statutory compliance
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making
• Ensure adherence to company policies and financial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce / finance (M.Com, MBA Finance, or CA Inter preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
