Senior Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations across multiple sister organizations. The role involves statutory compliance, receivables management, vendor coordination, financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally for multiple sister organizations.

Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filings, reconciliations, and notices.

Manage Income Tax & TDS filings, statutory compliances, and coordination with tax consultants and auditors.

Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.

Proactively follow up with vendors and clients to close pending payments and reduce outstanding balances.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, P&L, and balance sheet summaries.

Develop and present financial planning and forecasting reports to support management decision-making.

Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.

Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements across all sister concerns.

Coordinate with banks for transactions, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial data.

Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal financial controls.

Identify and implement process improvements for better financial efficiency and control.

Act as a finance point of contact for management and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in finance/accounts, preferably handling multiple entities.

Strong working knowledge of Tally, GST, Income Tax, and Indian accounting standards.

Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong analytical mindset with close attention to detail.
