Senior Business Development Associate / Executive

Location: Coimbatore

Number of Positions: 4

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Telecalling Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will guide students in choosing the right career path while promoting our EDTECH solutions. If you are passionate about education and have excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, and Malayalam, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Conversions

  • Drive daily student outreach via phone to maximize enrollments.
  • Convert marketing leads into paying students with a strong sales pitch.
  • Focus on high conversion ratios by positioning the value of our career skill-development products.

2. Target Achievement

  • Consistently achieve or surpass weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize sales approach to maximize results.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build rapport with students and parents to influence decision-making.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure enrollment closures.

4. Reporting & Feedback

  • Accurately log calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems (LeadSquared/Zoho).
  • Share actionable market feedback to strengthen sales and marketing strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Malayalam.
  • Strong sales closing, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (LeadSquared/Zoho preferred).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by incentives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related fields (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven telecalling sales experience, ideally in edtech or skill-development products.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
