Job Description
- Franchise Sales & ExpansionIdentify potential franchise opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Present franchise business models to prospective partners
- Conduct meetings, negotiations, and closure of franchise agreements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise booking targets
- Franchise Partner OnboardingCoordinate franchise documentation, agreements, and fee collection
- Support new franchisees during onboarding and setup stages
- Ensure smooth handover to operations and training teams
- Market Research & StrategyAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and expansion opportunities
- Identify new territories for franchise growth
- Support management with feasibility and location analysis
- Coordination & Relationship ManagementAct as the key point of contact for franchise partners until launch
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams
- Build long-term relationships with franchise partners
- Reporting & ComplianceMaintain accurate franchise sales and lead tracking reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and franchise standards
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management
- Key Performance Areas (KPAs)Number of franchise bookings achieved
- Conversion ratio from lead to closure
- Timely onboarding and launch of franchise outlets
- Franchise partner satisfaction
- Accuracy and timeliness of reports
