Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead and scale our HR operations. This role requires someone who can balance strategy with execution-building strong people processes while supporting a fast-growing industrial business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
• Design and implement HR policies aligned with business goals
• Drive talent acquisition strategies for technical and non-technical roles
• Manage employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture
• Oversee performance appraisal systems and career development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
• Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and workforce planning

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of HR experience
• Strong experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
• Proven ability to build HR systems and processes from scratch or scale existing ones
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance
• MBA / Master’s degree in HR or related field
