Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven non-IT recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in bulk hiring, closing positions, and stakeholder coordination within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions

• Handle bulk and lateral hiring for BPO, Sales, Telecalling, Operations, and support roles
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and field recruitment
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face HR interviews
• Coordinate with department heads and operations managers
• Ensure offer rollout, negotiation, documentation, and joining follow-ups
• Maintain daily hiring MIS, trackers, and reports
• Drive campus hiring, walk-ins, and recruitment drives
• Meet weekly/monthly closure targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate / MBA HR
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Non-IT / BPO / volume hiring
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring funnels
• Experience in handling multiple requirements simultaneously
