Senior Insurance Executive

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance products
• Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM systems
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

🧠 Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Tamil + English)

• Strong, convincing, and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred, not mandatory)
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

✅ Eligibility:

Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Degree

• Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus
