Senior Interior Designer

Job Description:The Senior Interior Designer / Architect will lead design development, manage client coordination, and oversee execution quality. This role requires a balance of creative

vision, technical expertise, and site practicality.

Key Responsibilities: ·        Lead interior design concepts, space planning, and material selections

·        Prepare design presentations, drawings, and detailed working drawings

·        Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and site teams

·        Handle projects independently from concept to final handover

·        Conduct site visits to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are met

·        Guide and mentor junior designers and interns

Requirements·        Degree in Architecture or Interior Design

·        Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

·        Working knowledge of SketchUp / 3Ds Max /

Lumion / Enscape

·        Good understanding of materials, detailing, and site execution

·        Strong communication and client-handling skills
