Senior Sales Coordinator

Urgent opening for Sales coordinator- Solar company with Good salary Package

Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer follow-ups and coordinate with sales executives regularly
• Manage sales follow-up activities to ensure timely closure of orders
• Process sales orders accurately in the CRM system
• Coordinate and plan sales dispatch schedules with internal teams
• Maintain and update sales-related records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure smooth communication between sales, dispatch, and accounts teams
• Handle all sales backend operations and follow-ups efficiently
• Use CRM/software systems for tracking orders and customer interactions
• Support management with sales data and status updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support / Sales Executive (Backend)
• Strong knowledge of customer follow-up and sales coordination
• Hands-on experience in sales order processing and dispatch planning
• Good system knowledge; working experience in CRM software is an added advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
