Senior Software Engineer / Full Stack Tech Lead

Job Description: As a Senior Software Engineer/ Tech Lead - React.js & .NET Core, you will lead a team in developing and maintaining high-performance web applications. You will leverage React.js and .NET Core to build scalable solutions while ensuring optimal performance and security. Additionally, you will mentor developers, enforce coding best practices, and implement CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development.

Experience: 6+ years

Education & Experience:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•  6+ years of experience in software development, specifically with React.js and .NET Core.
•  Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
•  Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development.
•  Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
•  Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
•  Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

•  Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting regular meetings and code reviews.
•  Oversee project planning, development, and delivery.
•  Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements.
