Job Description
- Lead and supervise solar installation teams on-site
- Install, inspect, and commission solar PV systems (rooftop & ground-mounted)
- Oversee electrical wiring, inverter setup, and system integration
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve technical faults
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Conduct site surveys and provide technical inputs before installation
- Monitor system performance and optimize efficiency
