Senior Telecaller

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Senior Telecaller with experience in the banking/financial sector to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting customers with banking products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales/target goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
• Respond to customer queries regarding banking products and services.
• Achieve monthly targets for leads and conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.
• Support the sales team in customer engagement and relationship building.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
