Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle and assign service requests/tickets to technicians or engineers.
- Coordinate with field engineers for scheduling and service completion.
- Track and ensure timely closure of service calls as per SLA.
- Maintain and update service logs, reports, and documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding service status and updates.
- Follow up on pending service issues and escalations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spares, support, and resources.
- Ensure proper documentation of service activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly service reports for management.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of technical/service operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Any discipline (preferred IT/Operations)
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in service coordination or operations
