Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities


  1. Handle and assign service requests/tickets to technicians or engineers.
  2. Coordinate with field engineers for scheduling and service completion.
  3. Track and ensure timely closure of service calls as per SLA.
  4. Maintain and update service logs, reports, and documentation.
  5. Communicate with customers regarding service status and updates.
  6. Follow up on pending service issues and escalations.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams for spares, support, and resources.
  8. Ensure proper documentation of service activities.
  9. Prepare daily/weekly service reports for management.
  10. Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.


Required Skills:


  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of technical/service operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools


Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Any discipline (preferred IT/Operations)


Experience:


1–3 years of experience in service coordination or operations
