Job Description
- A Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation and Maintenance: Conduct on-site installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues and perform systematic troubleshooting to identify root causes of malfunctions.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance schedules to monitor and service equipment, minimizing operational disruptions.
- Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment usage and routine upkeep, ensuring they understand how to operate machinery effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed service reports documenting service actions, technical findings, and client interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to provide feedback on equipment performance and suggest improvements. 2

- Required Skills and QualificationsEducational Background: An associate's degree in engineering or a related field is typically required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of engineering principles and hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and repair.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites and work in various environment
