Service Engineer

🔧 Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair digital cameras, DSLR, mirrorless cameras, lenses, and accessories.

Identify hardware and software issues in cameras.

Perform servicing, cleaning, calibration, and part replacement.

Handle customer queries regarding camera problems and solutions.

Maintain repair records and service reports.

Ensure quality checks before returning products to customers.

Follow company service standards and safety guidelines.

🎯 Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of electronics and camera systems.

Interest in photography equipment and gadgets.

Willingness to learn new repair techniques.

Good problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred).

👨‍🎓 Eligibility:

Freshers are welcome.

Candidates with technical background preferred.

Training will be provided.
