Job Description
- Assist in installing and commissioning machines, equipment, or systems at customer sites.
- Support senior engineers in setup and calibration processes.
- Learn to diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Respond to service calls and assist in resolving customer complaints.
- Maintain professional communication with customers during service visits.
- Prepare service reports, log maintenance activities, and document issues.
- Undergo technical training to understand product details, service procedures, and safety protocols.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and testing equipment.
- Follow company guidelines, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Ensure safe working practices at all times.
