Position: Technical Service Support Executive
Shift time: 1.30 pm - 10.30 PM
working days: Mon - Sat (As per business requirement, Saturday will be working day)
* Support technical service operations & ensure SOP compliance
* Validate repairs, CRM/GSX updates & manage escalations
* Prepare reports, dashboards & support audits
* Coordinate with service centres.
