Job Description

  • ResponsibilitiesTeam Management: Supervise and lead the service department team, including hiring, training, and performance management of service staff. Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain strong customer relationships. Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Service Quality: Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery processes. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor service metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and parts, to ensure a seamless service experience for customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment. Customer Service Orientation: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of industry standards and practices relevant to the service provided. Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of addressing and resolving customer complaints and service issues effectively. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various service operations simultaneously.
