Service Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Service Advisor at TVS Motor Company is responsible for delivering a superior customer service experience by managing vehicle service requests, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring timely and quality service of TVS two-wheelers. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, service efficiency, and revenue generation through value-added services.

• Key Responsibilities:Welcome customers and understand issues related to their TVS vehicles
• Create accurate job cards with detailed problem descriptions
• Provide cost estimates, timelines, and service recommendations
• Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and repair of TVS models
• Monitor service progress and keep customers informed regularly
• Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles
• Perform final inspection before handing over the vehicle
• Clearly explain repairs, replaced parts, and maintenance tips
• Promote TVS genuine parts, accessories, and AMC/service packages
• Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
• Maintain proper documentation as per TVS standards
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
• Required Skills:Strong communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred)
• Good technical knowledge of two-wheelers (TVS models preferred)
• Customer relationship management skills
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability
• Basic computer knowledge (billing/job card systems)
• Sales and upselling ability
