Job Title: Shift In-ChargeDepartment: Operations / Warehouse / StoreReporting To: Store Manager / Operations ManagerJob SummaryThe Shift In-Charge is responsible for managing day-to-day operations during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth workflow, manpower utilization, productivity, discipline, and adherence to company policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all shift activities and manpower.
• Ensure adequate staffing, attendance tracking, and shift allocation.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.
• Coordinate with team leads, pickers, packers, and supervisors.
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per SLA.
• Handle shift issues, escalations, and operational challenges.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Maintain discipline and resolve employee concerns during shift.
• Prepare and submit shift reports (attendance, output, issues).
• Coordinate with HR/Admin for new joiners, training, and exits.
• Ensure proper handover to the next shift.
• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, attendance systems).
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• QualificationsMinimum: 12th / Diploma / Graduate (preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse, retail, logistics, or operations.
• Prior experience as Team Lead / Supervisor is an added advantage.
• Shift DetailsWillingness to work in rotational shifts.
