Site Civil Engineer

Job Summary

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at a construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications. The role involves coordinating workers, monitoring progress, maintaining safety standards, and reporting updates to project managers or engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of workers and subcontractors at the construction site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the project manager or site engineer.
• Enforce safety regulations and site rules to maintain a safe working environment.
• Inspect construction work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and labor teams.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure minimal delays in project timelines.
• Maintain site records such as daily reports, attendance, and work logs.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the construction site.

Qualifications
