Site Coordinator

GS Furnishings is a premium provider of soft furnishing and interior surface solutions in South India, specializing in custom window treatments, luxury flooring, designer bedding, and curated wallcoverings. To support our growing residential and commercial projects, we are seeking a detail-oriented Site Coordinator based in Coimbatore.

• Site Assessment & Documentation:Visit client sites to take precise measurements of spaces, including walls, windows, doors, ceiling heights, and existing fixtures.
• Capture high-quality photographs of the entire site under varying lighting conditions to document current conditions accurately.
• Photo Annotation & Labeling:Annotate all site photos with clear, standardized labels (e.g., room names, dimensions, electrical points, plumbing locations, structural features) using digital tools or company-approved software.
• Ensure annotated visuals align precisely with measurement data to support accurate design and fabrication.
• On-Site Supervision:Oversee daily on-site activities during installation phases to ensure adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Monitor workmanship of contractors and installation teams, providing real-time feedback and reporting deviations to the project manager.
• Coordination & Communication:Act as the primary point of contact between clients, designers, project managers, and field teams during site visits and installations.
• Coordinate logistics such as material deliveries, manpower scheduling, and access permissions to minimise delays.
• Maintain updated site logs, progress reports, and change requests, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
• Quality Assurance & Client Support:Conduct pre- and post-installation walkthroughs with clients to verify alignment with approved specifications and address concerns promptly.
• Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary and propose practical on-site solutions.
