Site Engineer

Job Summary :

VNS Reality is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to manage and execute construction activities efficiently at project sites in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.

Qualification:

•BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering

•Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site experience (mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities :

•Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at site

•Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications

•Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams

•Prepare and verify measurements, BOQs, and work progress reports

•Ensure quality control, safety standards, and site discipline

•Manage material planning, stock, and usage at site

•Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery

•Report Project Progress regularly to the Management

•Resolve site-related technical issues effectively

Candidate Requirements :

•Male candidates preferred

•Strong knowledge of civil construction practices

•Ability to handle site independently

•Good communication and coordination skills

Salary & Benefits:

•Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹32,000 per month
