Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards and safety regulations
- Prepare and review work schedules, daily progress reports, and site documentation
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Manage manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing
- Ensure timely completion of work within budget and schedule
- Maintain proper records of drawings, approvals, and site instructions
