Site Engineer

Responsibilities :

1. Civil Engineering knowledge - Material knowledge ( concrete, steel, foundations, finishing works)
2. Construction Drawings & Design - Ability to read interpret and explain drawings.
3. Surveying & Measurements - Total station, Leveling theodolite, GPS knowledge.
4. Quality control & Standards - IS codes, Material testing , Construction Specification.
5. Estimation & Costing - BOQ preparation , rate analysis, Billing work.
6. Project Execution - Scheduling , work planning , and Monitoring.
7. AutoCAD & software tools - MS Excel, MS Project .
8. Safety Management - Site safety practices, risk management .
9. Supervision of Labor and subcontractors.
10. Checking Daily progress reports (DPR).
11. Checking shuttering , reinforcement , concreting ,plastering and finishing progress and work.
12. Material Management - Ensure timely procurement and proper use.
13. Coordination with architects, consultants, and clients.
14. Team management , Time management , Adaptability
