Experience: Freshers / 1-2 year experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

Opening new stores

Operational duties and staff training

Handle daily store operations smoothly with respected stores

Take responsibility of stores to maintain good hospitalit

Training beverages/snacks as per brand standards

Maintain inventory stock levels and update daily reports for the respected stores

Train staffs to Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene & safety

Assist in billing, packing & customer handling to staffs

Support in store duties in case of absence staffs

Follow SOPs, checklists & brand guidelines

Skills Required:

Good communication

Fast learner

Basic customer handling skills

Positive attitude & team player

Salary: Based on experience + incentives

Working Hours: 9 hours (rotational shifts)
