Job OverviewWe are seeking experienced and dedicated Consultant Doctors to join our dynamic team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient consultation, diagnosis, and designing personalized treatment plans involving cupping therapy and cosmetology procedures. Candidates with a background in cosmetology/dermatology will be given priority.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Consultation & Diagnosis:

• Conduct thorough patient consultations to understand medical history and skin/health concerns.
• Diagnose conditions and recommend appropriate cupping therapy or cosmetology treatments.

1. Treatment Planning & Supervision:

• Design and prescribe individualized treatment plans integrating cupping therapy and cosmetic procedures.
• Supervise and guide therapists in performing treatments as per prescribed protocols.

1. Clinical Expertise:

• Perform or oversee advanced cosmetic procedures (if qualified) such as chemical peels, mesotherapy, PRP, etc.
• Ensure all treatments align with medical safety and hygiene standards.

1. Patient Management & Follow-up:

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through effective communication and care.

1. Training & Development:

• Train and mentor junior staff and therapists on new techniques and protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in cupping therapy and cosmetology.

1. Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Ensure clinic practices comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

• Qualifications & SkillsMandatory: MBBS / BAMS / BHMS with a valid medical registration.

• Preferred: Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Dermatology, or Aesthetic Medicine.

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in clinical practice, with prior experience in cosmetology, dermatology, or cupping therapy being a significant advantage.
• Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of integrative treatment approaches.
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Immediate joining is required.
