Role Overview

Deliver high-quality cupping therapies and basic skin/wellness treatments while ensuring patient comfort, hygiene, and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare clients, explain procedures, obtain consent; ensure comfort throughout sessions
• Perform cupping therapies (dry, moving, fire; wet under doctor supervision) per SOPs using sterile, single-use consumables
• Assist in basic skin treatments (facials, facial cupping, exfoliation/packs) as trained
• Monitor vitals, document treatments in EMR/records, and provide pre/post-care guidance
• Maintain treatment room hygiene, instrument cleaning/sterilization, and biomedical waste protocols
• Manage stock of consumables; coordinate appointments and reminders with front desk
• Collect feedback, request reviews, and educate clients on packages ethically

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in cupping/therapy/cosmetology OR strong willingness to learn
• Certification/Diploma in Massage Therapy/Cupping/Cosmetology/Physiotherapy Assistant (preferred)
• Comfort working with wet cupping protocols and strict hygiene standards
• Good communication and patient care skills; Tamil essential, basic English preferred
• Computer/WhatsApp savvy; punctual, organized, and team-oriented

Schedule

• 6-day work week; 9-hour shift; weekend/holiday rotations as per roster
