Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation Operate the self-loading concrete mixer efficiently

Load raw materials (cement, sand, aggregates, water) into the mixer

Control mixing process to ensure correct consistency

Material Handling & Mixing Measure and load materials as per required mix ratio

Adjust water and mix settings based on site conditions

Ensure uniform mixing quality

Transportation & Pouring Drive the SLM machine safely within the construction site

Transport concrete to required locations

Pour concrete accurately as per instructions

Maintenance & Inspection Perform daily machine checks (oil, brakes, hydraulics, tires)

Clean mixer drum after use

Report faults or mechanical issues immediately

Safety Compliance Follow all site safety rules and PPE requirements

Operate machine safely to avoid accidents

Ensure safe handling of materials

Documentation & Reporting Maintain work logs (loads, usage, fuel consumption)

Report daily work status to supervisor

Record any breakdowns or delays
