Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service:Assist customers in selecting small home appliances based on their needs and budget.
Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge & Merchandising:Stay updated on product specifications, latest trends, and competitor offerings.
Ensure proper display and stocking of appliances at the store.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and offers.
Operations & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer feedback.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing when needed.
Work with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
