Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure seamless software configuration and customization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to implement the configuration management plan. - Assist in designing software configuration and customization. - Provide expertise in software configuration to meet business process design. - Contribute to problem-solving discussions within the team. - Ensure seamless integration of software configurations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration and Pacemaker - Strong understanding of system configuration management. - Experience in software customization and configuration. - Knowledge of software deployment processes. - Hands-on experience in implementing software configurations. - Familiarity with version control systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
