Summary: As a SAP hybris Lead, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Minimum 5-7 years of hands on experience in SAP Hybris platform with multiple end to end implementations. thinking out-of-box to a problem, aware of coding & design principles. - Must have working experience with Commerce cloud platform and have lead a team for technical deliveries. - Have accustomed to Agile method and related processes. - Having excellent interpersonal skill must have customer facing role/experiences, self-motivated. - Having integration experience with SAP or any 3rd party systems via OCC/webservices. - Experience in Composable storefront will have added advantage - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback - Identify and resolve technical issues - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Hybris Commerce - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and architecture - Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Hybris Commerce - This position is based at our Coimbatore office - A 15 years full-time education is required
