Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Servicenow Tools Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of other ITSM tools. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with ITIL processes and best practices.
