Job Description:

Smart Global Solutions is hiring a Software Tester (IT) to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The role follows a hybrid work model and is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to grow in software testing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and understand application functionality
• Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Perform Manual Testing (Functional, Smoke, Sanity, Regression)
• Identify, document, and track defects
• Coordinate with development teams to verify fixes
• Participate in meetings and testing discussions
• Maintain test reports and documentation
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Software Testing concepts, SDLC & STLC
• Understanding of Bug Life Cycle
• Basic knowledge of Web Applications
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (added advantage)
• Good communication and analytical skills

Mandatory Requirements:

• Laptop is mandatory
• Mobile phone is mandatory
• Must bring all required documents during the interview

Qualification:

• Any Graduate (Computer Science / IT preferred)
• Freshers with testing knowledge or certification are welcome

Selection Process:

• Interview and document verification on the same day
