Sr. Engineer / Executive - Tool Design

1. Develop tooling concepts, 3D models and assembly layouts using CAD software
2. Perform structural sizing, calculations, and stress validation for lifting and handling tools.
3. Apply GD&T principles, conduct tolerance stack-up analyses, and design high-precision interfaces for large assembly systems.
4. Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and process documentation.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, and safety standards.
6. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for CE marking, including design reports, risk and hazard assessments, technical files, declarations of conformity, operation manuals, maintenance procedures, and FAT/SAT protocols.

7. Coordinate with vendors and external agencies for the selection and validation of components and subsystems such as drives and gearboxes
