Sr. Executive - Chest Ops| Coimbatore

• The primary function is to ensure sorting of cash is done on T+2 basis, coordinate with RBI for soiled note/Diversion/Fresh notes/coins remittances.
• To have a check on various security aspects of currency chest.

• Ensure Cash sorting on daily basis with zero pendency as per TAT and ensuring optimum productivity from respective NSM.
• To ensure timely reporting of Balances in RBI's e-Kuber application as per process on daily basis. 
• Strictly follow adjudication of notes as per RBI norms.
• Keep daily track of Fresh/Issuable/ Unsorted/ATM Cash and maintain records. 
• Ensure the chest activities are as per the daily check list and the internal policies and regulatory aspects.
• All Dummy A/c's to be checked on daily basis and record maintained as per process.
• Checking of security gadgets as per the stipulated time guidelines (CCTV, alarm, Hotline etc.) 
• Ensure that all audit observations on concurrent/Bimonthly/Half-yearly are closed with in time, and Fire and security audit are made in time and are in line with regulatory requirement.

 

Qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation

Experience: 2 to 5 years
