Stock Auditor

Job Summary:The Stock Auditor is responsible for verifying inventory accuracy, conducting regular audits, and ensuring proper stock management across stores and warehouses. The role involves identifying discrepancies, minimizing stock losses, and maintaining inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular physical stock audits at stores and warehouses
• Verify stock against system records (ERP / billing software)
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, and shortages
• Ensure proper stock handling and storage practices
• Prepare and submit audit reports with findings and recommendations
• Monitor inward and outward stock movements
• Coordinate with store and warehouse teams for corrections
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures

Requirements:

Any Degree / Diploma

• Experience in retail / warehouse stock auditing preferred
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems / Excel
• Strong analytical and observation skills
• Willingness to travel between branches
