Stock Incharge

Role Purpose:

To maintain accurate inventory control for smooth production and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products as per quality standards.
• Record defects, maintain QC reports, and coordinate with production for corrective action.
• Receive materials, verify quantity/quality, and update stock records.
• Organize and maintain the store area with proper labeling, FIFO/FEFO, and safe storage practices.
• Issue materials to production based on authorized requests.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or excess.
• Prevent damage, wastage, and pilferage through strict stock monitoring.
• Maintain documentation for GRNs, stock ledgers, and daily logs.
