Store Assistant

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Assistant to join our cycle store team. The ideal candidate will support daily store operations, assist customers in selecting bicycles, accessories, and spare parts, and ensure the store remains well-organized and welcoming. A passion for cycling and basic knowledge of bicycles will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in finding the right bicycles, accessories, and spare parts.
• Provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to customers.
• Assist in sales transactions including billing, handling cash, and digital payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of bicycles and accessories in the showroom.
• Keep stock organized, assist in inventory management, and report low stock levels.
• Support the store manager in daily operations and promotional activities.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Assist technicians when required (e.g., handing tools, managing service records).
• Ensure bicycles and accessories are safely arranged for customer trials and demonstrations.
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (additional retail or sales training preferred).
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service (experience in cycle or sports stores is a plus).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of bicycles and accessories preferred.
• Ability to handle billing systems, POS, and basic computer usage.
• Physically fit to move and arrange bicycles and store items.
