Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and friendly Store Assistant to support daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and assist customers in selecting bicycles, accessories, and related products.

The ideal candidate has an interest in Retail Sales, Basic Accounting and enjoys working with people, and thrives in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide helpful, friendly serviceAssist customers in selecting bicycles, accessories, and apparel based on their needs Provide basic product information and advice on bike care and usage

Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash/card transactions accurately

Receive, unpack, and organize stock deliveries

Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays

Support inventory control and stock replenishment

Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally

Requirements & Skills

Previous Retail or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and well-organizedBasic computer and POS system skills

Passion for cycling, fitness, or outdoor activities
