Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for daily store operations, customer service, sales support, and inventory management in a supermarket/grocery store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and promote products
- Achieve sales targets
- Handle billing and cash transactions
- Receive stock and maintain FIFO
- Monitor expiry dates and stock levels
- Maintain store cleanliness and display standards
Requirements:
- 12th pass or any degree
- 1–2 years retail/FMCG experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Basic billing and cash handling knowledge
