Store Helper

Job Title: Store Helper (Retail & Operations)We are looking for a physically fit and customer-oriented Store Helper to join our team. As a manufacturer and outlet for perforated sheets, our operations involve a blend of heavy lifting and direct retail interaction. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers find what they need and that our day-to-day orders are fulfilled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking, packing, and preparing perforated sheets for customer orders.
• Inventory Handling: Load and unload stock. This role requires the ability to regularly lift and move items weighing 25–30kg.
• Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers, understand their specific requirements, and showcase relevant product samples.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the retail and storage areas organized, clean, and safe for both staff and customers.
• General Operations: Assist the store manager with stock counts and basic documentation.

Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle heavy metal sheets and stand for long periods.
• Communication Skills: Clear and polite verbal communication to assist customers effectively.
• Reliability: Punctual and hardworking with a "can-do" attitude.
• Basic Math: Ability to take simple measurements and count inventory accurately.
