Store Incharge

We are looking for a confident and experienced Store In-Charge to manage the daily operations of our women’s fashion retail store. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for styling and customer experience, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage and motivate store staff; assign duties and monitor performance
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints
• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines
• Maintain inventory, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports
• Ensure store cleanliness, discipline, and overall presentation
• Implement offers, promotions, and new collection launches
