Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and compassionate Supervisor/In-Charge to manage the daily operations of our Old Age Home. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of the facility, overseeing staff, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring elderly residents receive proper care and support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day operations of the Old Age Home.
• Oversee caregivers, housekeeping staff, kitchen staff, and support team.
• Ensure residents’ needs (medical, emotional, and personal care) are attended promptly.
• Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and staff performance records.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and medical support whenever required.
• Handle admissions, documentation, and resident records.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and discipline across the facility.
• Manage supplies, medicines, and inventory for the home.
• Communicate regularly with families of residents and provide updates.
• Plan and manage daily activities, wellness programs, and events for senior residents.
• Handle emergencies and ensure proper first aid and medical protocols.
• Report daily operations and issues to the management.
