Supervisor/Incharge

Sri Kovai Bhairavaa Motocrafts is looking for a skilled & proactive Service Supervisor to support and manage day-to-day workshop operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring timely service delivery, maintaining quality standards, and assisting the Service Manager in achieving operational and customer satisfaction goals. This role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination skills & hands-on supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

v Supervise daily workshop operations and monitor service activities

v Assign jobs to technicians & ensure timely completion of work

v Ensure quality of service, repairs & maintenance of vehicles

v Support Service Manager in achieving service targets and workshop efficiency

v Monitor job cards, work progress, and service timelines

v Assist in handling customer queries and basic escalations

v Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools & workshop resources

v Coordinate with parts team for timely availability of spares

v Conduct final inspection of vehicles before delivery

v Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards

v Provide on-the-job training and guidance to technicians & mechanics

v Maintain basic service records & reports
