Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access control.
- Maintain data backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
- Support cloud-based platforms (if applicable – e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS).
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support and procurement.
- Install, configure, and maintain, networks, and IT systems (Windows/Linux).
