We are looking for a candidate to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Executive who will primarily handle the recruitment. The candidate should be familiar with online and offline sourcing techniques, like networking at career events/campus placements with industrial experts and searching for potential hires through resume databases. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• To source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job portals, and professional networks). 

• To represent the company at careers fairs and recruitment events/ campus placements. 

• To plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. 

• To assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details

• To foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. 

• To join social media groups and professional networks, and thereby create a strong database of potential candidates. 

KEY SKILL SET: 

• Advanced negotiation skills 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies. 

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with external hiring contacts from professional networks. 

• Familiarity with recruitment technology and tools.
