Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Officer – Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in accounting. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, data entry, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records using Tally ERP.

• Key Responsibilities:Data entry of daily transactions in Tally ERP system
• Maintain Day Book, Journal entries, and General Ledger
• Cross-check and process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Assist in verifying and posting financial entries
• Support in tracking Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and Vendor Reconciliation
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
• Organize and file accounting records in both soft copy and hard copy
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and assistance in filing returns
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and audit requirements
• Desired Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP is preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation (GST/TDS)
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
