Educational Qualification: ITI or Diploma in relevant trade/discipline.

Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior experience in composites/manufacturing preferred.

• Basic knowledge of tools, machines, and industrial safety.

• Good team player with strong learning ability.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of composite components.
• Operate machines and tools as per standard operating procedures.
• Support senior technicians and supervisors in daily production activities.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of work completed.
• Participate in training programs to upgrade technical skills.
